dc.description.abstractCustomer service plays a very important role in a company’s revenue and image, in its revenue and image. For this reason, the following paper presents the main aspects of customer service and how it becomes an indispensable tool and key factor for the growth of a company. In addition, it shows how customer service is implemented in a Colombian company that belongs to the food industry, with special emphasis in "casual foods,” and the way this aspect has influenced its rapid expansion and acceptance throughout Colombia, especially in the city of Medellín. This project, therefore, will analyze customer’s relationship with the company, taking as a result the customer service, which is considered by many experts the companies’ “raw material.”en_US
